1. All rack mounted servers (no towers sitting on shelves)
   
2. All server grade equipment (no PC grade parts)
3. Minimum hard drive configuration is RAID 1 (no single disc failure will bring down your site)
4. All RAID controllers are hardware (not software which can fail if the drive fails)
5. All hard drives are hot swappable, so a failed drive can be removed and replaced wothout turning the server off
6. A minimum of 4 hard drive slot so there is move for expansion without replacing the server
   
7. All servers are dual NICs, so you can have a direct coonection to redundant network all the way to your server
8. All NICs and switching is full GigE, so you have blazing speeds
