MindCentric has one of the most lucrative partner programs in the industry.  For example, we pay 200% MRR for referrals.  Our solution providers, resellers, OEMs, and affiliate partners earn generous commissions and many develop custom offerings for even better revenue-generating opportunities.

How does the MindCentric referral program work?
For a simple referral, you receive a one-time payment or a residual payment for each deal you refer that results in a paying customer. Referral partner payments are 200 percent of one month's recurring charges paid after the third month of service, or a residual payment of 15 percent for each month of service, paid at the end of each quarter.

Example Scenario:
You submit a lead for a customer interested in MindCentric services.  The customer signs up for our managed hosting services.  If the contract bills for $2,100 a month (our average), and after the third month of billing, you receive a one time payment for $4,200, or every month you will receive a payment of $315. 

How can MindCentric pay 200% referrals when others only pay 50%?
We know word-of-mouth is the best way to get business. MindCentric has always received business from referrals and we have decided to raise the bar. We would rather invest our marketing dollars with our referral partners than in traditional advertising.  We work hard to ensure our customers are extremely satisfied with our services and we know this is true due to our high referral rate.

Which MindCentric products are eligible for the MindCentric referral program?
All of our managed hosting services - all are available to your customers/partners through the MindCentric referral program.   This includes all services that are billed monthly, with the exception of application licenses.  These are not included because we do make a profit on licenses.  We provide applications as an added value.

How can we join the MindCentric referral program?

1. There is nothing to join.   Simply email your referral to resellerinfo@mindcentric.com with the prospects contact information, any background information you have on the opportunity, and your referral payment option (200% one-time or 15% residual). 
   NOTE: Referral/Partner Agreements are available for those who want to sign up, but it is not required.
2. Within 48 hours, we will send you a verification email confirming this referral is new and your 200% or 15% commission rate.
3. All you have to do then sit back and wait for your commission check.  We will do the rest.  We will work with the customer to develop, deliver, and manage their solution.
   

How do MindCentric solution providers generate revenue and get paid?
Solution Providers have the opportunity to receive both generous recurring commissions and up-front bonuses.  Commissions are based on the monthly recurring revenue generated by a partner. Bonuses are based on new activations.

We provide solution providers with our state-of-the-art infrastructure - as well as technical, pre-sales and post-sales support.

How can my business get started?

How does my business build revenue?
Start by collecting 10% of monthly service charges for every customer that purchases MindCentric web hosting services through a link on your site.  As your account volume increases, so does your commission, up to 20%!

MindCentric will make commission payments to agents every other month for the previous 60 days.  To receive credit for a sale, your visitors to the co-branded site must have a JavaScript and cookie-enabled browser such as Netscape Navigator 3.0 or higher or Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher. If a visitor cannot or does not accept the tracking cookie, the visitor will not be tracked and you will not be credited for the sale. 

How can I make an affiliate program an integrated part of my business?
MindCentric provides you with a web page that you can "co-brand" with your own content and personalized banners. You can refer customers to us by directing them to your co-branded page, or have them call your MindCentric customer service representative.

Additionally, the affiliate program is completely automated with an online system designed for ease-of-use, security, and accuracy. Agents have 24-hour access to their account information via a customized control panel designed to manage the entire affiliate relationship. With a click of a button agents can update their co-branded sites and view the latest MindCentric information.

How can I get my business started right away?

• Read, sign and fax back the agent/affiliate contract.
• Submit $90 for our non-refundable program fee.
• After you have been approved, you will be provided instructions on how to access and customize your co-branded web site enabling you to start selling accounts immediately thereafter!
• New agents must maintain a minimum of three (3) hosting accounts. Initially new agents are given a 120 day window to qualify for the minimum account level. The new agent's activity will be reviewed every commission cycle in order to verify compliance. New agents who fail to maintain a minimum of three (3) hosting accounts in any commission cycle could be subject to losing their agent status and previously referred accounts could be subsequently placed in the retail channel.
