data center providers have the highest industry certifications including SAS70, SSAE16 SOC1, SOC2,
SOC3. Our primary data center SuperNAP is the World's Only Tier IV Gold Colocation Data Centers,
awarded by the Uptime Institute’s Tier IV Gold certification for operations excellence. SuperNAP is also
Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) certified. MindCentric does not have access to
any data or your users/customers data, so we do not fall under these types of certifications mentioned
above.

MindCentric does not have access to any of the following data:

1. Company data, user data or your customer’s data - MindCentric does not have access to or collect our
data or end user’s data including:

     a) Any user’s personal information
     b) Company or end-users finical or credit card information
     c) Any healthcare information or healthcare records
     d) We do not access any databases

2. Financial statements - MindCentric does not have access or collect our company’s data, customer’s
data or end user’s data including:

     a) The classes of transactions in the entities operations that are significant to the entries financial
     statements
     b) The procedures, both automated and manual, by which the entity’s transactions are initiated,
     recorded, process, and reported from their occurrence to their inclusion in the financial
     statements
     c) The related accounting records, whether electronic or manual, supporting information, and
     specific accounts in the entity’s financial statements involved in initiating, recording, processing
     and reporting to entities transactions.
     d) How the entity’s information system captures other events and conditions that are significant to
     the financial statements.
     e) The financial reporting process used to prepare the entity’s financial statements, including
     significant accounting estimates and disclosures.
